Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Found the charge indicator light on. Alternator not charging. Needs the alternator replaced.

Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear (5mm). Pulsation from both the front and the rear brakes. Would have to do brakes all the way around to eliminate it.
Front struts are noisy. Needs new front strut complete assemblies. Rear shocks are leaking and soft. Noise from the steering intermediate shaft. Needs the intermediate steering shafts replaced. Noise from the steering rack. Internal bushings are worn. May need the steering rack replaced.
Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
Clean battery terminals. Check/fill water in battery. Clean any corrosion from battery and hold down.

Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Found the system out of Freon. Need to evacuate the system, add dye and recharge the system and re check for leaks. Halogen leak detector not picking up any leaks. will have to see if the dye will show the location if/when it leaks out again.

Road test vehicle. Check wiper and washer operation check all exterior lights and the horn. Check cabin filter. Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (6mm) Rear shoes (4mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 8/32 Rear 8/32. Front brakes pulsate. Needs a brake fluid flush. Needs a trans fluid service. Needs P/S fluid service. Needs the engine air filter replaced. Has several exterior light bulbs out. Drivers power door lock inop.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders until clean.
Drain transmission fluid and inspect for foreign material. Refill with fresh fluid and road test vehicle for proper operation.
Drain power steering reservoir, flush and change all fluid in power steering system.
Replaced air filter.
Removed and replaced both of the cargo light bulbs, the high mount brake light bulb and the drivers side taillight bulb..
