Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (4mm) Rear (6mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 8/32 Rear 7/32. Needs engine and inverter cooling system service. Needs transmission fluid service. Needs engine and cabin air filters replaced.
Drain transmission fluid and inspect for foreign material. Refill with fresh fluid and road test vehicle for proper operation.
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.
Remove and replace the engine and cabin air filters.

Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (4mm) Rear (4mm). Front rotors are warped.
Right front wheel bearing is noise and needs rear shocks replaced.
Removed and replaced both rear shocks.
Replace front brake pads and machine front rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Removed and replaced the right front wheel bearing/hub assembly.

Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (5mm) Rear Shoes (3mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 9/32 Rear 8/32. Due for oil change per sticker and maintenance light. Adjusted the serpentine belt. Spark plugs are worn. Left brake light, right backup and left front marker bulbs not working. Needs cabin filter and coolant serviced.
Remove and replaced all 4 spark plugs
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.
Replaced the left front marker and the left brake light bulbs. May need to replace the left front marker light at some point. The lens fell off. There is an electrical problem with the back-up lights. Not a bulb.
Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.

Check PCM with Scan Tool. Codes #P0441 Evaporative system incorrect purge. P0455 Evap. system very large leak. Trace to the vent valve stuck open. Vent valve is part of the charcoal canister assembly. Needs the canister replaced.
Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. System is low on Freon. Needs the service port valve cores replaced.
Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Topped off with R-134A Freon if needed, checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Add Freon dye and oil.
Removed and replaced the charcoal canister.
