Check engine light on. codes. P0335 CKP position sensor A circuit P1604 start ability malfunction. Check engine light caused by the vehicle was not able to start previous time due to dead battery. Vehicle starting and charging check out good. Clear the code and the code did not return.

Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. System is low on refrigerant. No signs of leaks visible. Need to evacuate, re-charge and add dye to the system so that any leaks will be easier to find in the future.

Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear (3mm).
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.
Drain transmission fluid and inspect for foreign material. Refill with fresh fluid and road test vehicle.
