Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear (3mm).
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.
Drain transmission fluid and inspect for foreign material. Refill with fresh fluid and road test vehicle.

Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Found the charge indicator light on. Alternator not charging. Needs the alternator replaced.

Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear (5mm). Pulsation from both the front and the rear brakes. Would have to do brakes all the way around to eliminate it.
Front struts are noisy. Needs new front strut complete assemblies. Rear shocks are leaking and soft. Noise from the steering intermediate shaft. Needs the intermediate steering shafts replaced. Noise from the steering rack. Internal bushings are worn. May need the steering rack replaced.
Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
Clean battery terminals. Check/fill water in battery. Clean any corrosion from battery and hold down.

Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Found the system out of Freon. Need to evacuate the system, add dye and recharge the system and re check for leaks. Halogen leak detector not picking up any leaks. will have to see if the dye will show the location if/when it leaks out again.
