Check PCM with Scan Tool. Codes #P0031 O2 sensor heater control ckt. low Bank 1 Sensor1. P0351 – 4. Ignition coil primary ckt. fault Cylinders 1-4. Found no spark. Traced to no ground at the ignition coils. Traced wiring to rodent damage underneath the intake manifold. Can see three wires chewed through that need to be repaired. O2 sensor heater code no longer present after wiring repairs.
Road test vehicle. Check wiper and washer operation check all exterior lights and the horn. Check cabin filter. Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (6mm) Rear (8mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 5/32 Rear 4/32. Coolant PH is 6.5. Needs cooling system service. Battery failed the load test. Needs the battery replaced. Left rear shock is leaking. Needs a new rear wiper blade.
Removed and replaced the intake manifold for access.
Repaired the wiring under the intake manifold.
Install new battery, Clean battery cable ends. Clean any corrosion from battery hold down.
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.

Replace front brake pads and machine front rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
Removed and replaced the valve cover gasket.
Removed and replaced the spark plugs. (Valve cover removed).
