Check PCM with Scan Tool. Codes #P0016 Cam/crank correlation. P0116 Coolant and air temp. excessive variation Removed the valve cover to inspect cam timing. Found the timing chain had a broken guide and had jumped. Needs the timing chain and guides replaced.

Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Found the ground wire connector at the block is frayed. Replaced the ground wire connector at the engine block. Starter draw is between 220-270 amps. Alternator is charging at 15.3 volts.

Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear (7mm). Brakes are not making any noise at this time.

ABS code; C0035 Left front wheel speed sensor circuit fault. Trace to a broken wire in the harness. Needs the harness replaced. Many other modules have codes stored. Most are history codes for network communication or battery voltage or both. Many could have been caused by a low battery or something like that. None are returning at this time.
Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire. No misfires showing up currently. History misfires are stored for cylinders 2,3 and 5.
Removed ans spliced in a new wheel speed sensor harness.
