Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (mm) Rear (mm).
Replace rear brake shoes. Replace self adjusters. Replace rear wheel cylinders, Resurface rear brake drums. Clean, lubricate backing plates and reassemble. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.

Road test vehicle. Check wiper and washer operation check all exterior lights and the horn. Check cabin filter. Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (4mm) Rear (4mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 11/32 Rear 10/32. Drivers door lock actuator is loud. TPMS light is flashing. Needs brake fluid and P/S fluid flushed, needs spark plugs replaced.
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders until clean.
Drain power steering reservoir, flush and change all fluid in power steering system.

Pressure test cooling system, check cooling fan and thermostat operation. Check for bad head gasket. Unable to duplicate. Coolant temp. is normal under all conditions. Coolant is dirty. Recommend starting with a cooling system service.

Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear shoes (4+mm). Front rotors are badly warped. Rotors are too thin to machine. Needs front brakes w/ new rotors.
Replace front brake pads and machine front rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0442 Evaporative system small leak detected. Small and very small (.020" and .010") leak tests are both passing at this time. There is a .007" leak at he capless filler neck but it is not large enough at this time to set a code. Recommend waiting to see if the code returns.

Drain transmission fluid and inspect for foreign material. Refill with fresh fluid and road test vehicle for proper operation.
Remove and replace the engine and cabin air filters.
Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Battery failed the load test. Needs the battery replaced. Alternator was actually over charging. Maxing out at 15.2 Volts. Adaptive charging system needs to be reset when a new battery is installed. Doubtful that AAA did that when the battery was installed last time.
Install new battery, Clean battery cable ends. Clean any corrosion from battery hold down.
