Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0456 Evap. system very small leak. There is a vapor leak from something at the top of the gas tank. Need to remove the tank to inspect.
Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (5mm) Rear (6mm).
Removed fuel tank to diagnose and replace vapor hose at the top of the tank.

Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
Has a bad tire pressure sensor.

Codes C1241 Too low or to high battery voltage. C1256 Accumulator low pressure fault. C1391Abnormal leak of accumulator pressure. Checked pressure sensors. All checked good. Tests indicate a problem in the ABS Actuator assembly. Needs the actuator assembly replaced. There is a Service bulletin from Lexus fro a warranty extension for this issue.
