    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0456 Evap. system very small leak. There is a vapor leak from something at the top of the gas tank. Need to remove the tank to inspect.
    • Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (5mm) Rear (6mm).
    • Removed fuel tank to diagnose and replace vapor hose at the top of the tank.

    • Codes C1241 Too low or to high battery voltage. C1256 Accumulator low pressure fault. C1391Abnormal leak of accumulator pressure. Checked pressure sensors. All checked good. Tests indicate a problem in the ABS Actuator assembly. Needs the actuator assembly replaced. There is a Service bulletin from Lexus fro a warranty extension for this issue.
