    • Needs further diagnosis. Everything is pointing to the sunroof motor. Labor to get to it for diagnosis would be more than three hours. Need to be able to open the sunroof to continue.
    • Door drains are clear. the sloshing noises all seem to come from the overhead.

    • ADJUST PARKING BRAKE REPLACE DRIVE BELTS REPLACE SPARK PLUGS INSPECT BRAKE HOSES & LINES – w/o (EVIC) INSPECT BRAKE LININGS – [Replace if necessary.] INSPECT CV JOINTS INSPECT EXHAUST SYSTEM INSPECT SUSPENSION COMPONENTS BOOTS & SEALS – Front – [Replace if necessary.] INSPECT TIE ROD ENDS – [Replace if necessary.] INSPECT TRANSFER CASE FLUID REPLACE AIR CLEANER/ELEMENT REPLACE ENGINE OIL REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER ROTATE TIRES
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
    • Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (8mm) Rear (4.5mm).
    • Rotated the tires. Brakes Remaining Front (mm) Rear (mm)
    • Remove and replace automatic transmission filter and gasket. Flush transmission fluid. Inspect for leaks. Road test vehicle.
    • Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.

    • Unable to duplicate. Check brakes found a small groove in the right front rotor. could have had a rock stuck at some point. Backing plate was close to touching the rotor but wasn't. Moved backing plate away from rotor.

    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0456 Evaporative system small leak. Testing shows no leaks in the system. Need to start with replacing the leak detection pump.
    • Removed and replaced the leak detection pump.

    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0128 Coolant temp too low. Trace to a stuck open thermostat. Can only get up to 170 degrees F on the freeway. Needs the thermostat replaced.
    • Removed and replaced the thermostat assembly.
    • Rotated the tires. Brakes Remaining Front (8mm) Rear (8mm) TPMS sensor on the right rear is dead.
    • Replaced air filter.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders until clean.

    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0335 Crankshaft position sensor fault. Trace to a bad crankshaft position sensor. Needs the crankshaft position sensor replaced.
    • Remove and replaced the crankshaft position sensor.
    • No codes are stored relating to the evaporative system. So it is hard to figure how filling with gas factors in.
    • Radio is working fine at this time.
