- Road test vehicle. Check wiper and washer operation check all exterior lights and the horn. Check cabin filter. Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (9mm) Rear (2mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 10/32 Rear 10/32. Needs rear brakes. Needs cabin air filter replaced. Left front wheel bearing starting to grind. Air filter box damaged. Clips missing. dirt on the clean side of the filter.
- Replace rear brake pads, machine rotors, Clean and lubricate caliper guide pins. Check caliper piston movement. Bleed air from system. road test vehicle.
- Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
