  • There is a knock sensor code stored in the PCM. That is the only issue we are finding. P0332 Sensor 2 signal too low. Unable to duplicate the driveability concerns.All fuel trim and engine control data is normal.
  • Left front turn signal had the wrong bulb.
  • Large oil leak from the vacuum pump. Small leak from the valve cover gasket.
  • Both power plugs are working fine. One in front of the shifter and one on the back of the center console. Both have power.
  • Removed and replaced the vacuum pump

  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
  • Rotated the tires. Brakes Remaining Front (9mm) Rear (6mm)
  • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P2402 Evaporative leak detection pump control circuit fault. Needs the leak detection pump replaced.
  • Removed and replaced the spark plugs.
  • Removed and replaced the Evaporative system leak detection pump.

  • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0171 Fuel system too lean.
  • Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (7mm) Rear (4mm). Did not hear any unusual noises.
  • Vacuum pump is leaking for certain. That leak is above the oil pan so need to repair that first.
  • Passenger seat working fine. The drivers seat was stuck. Needed to wiggle the seat back while operating the release but now works fine.
  • Removed and replaced the Mass Airflow sensor.
