Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear shoes (4+mm). Front rotors are badly warped. Rotors are too thin to machine. Needs front brakes w/ new rotors.
Replace front brake pads and machine front rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0442 Evaporative system small leak detected. Small and very small (.020" and .010") leak tests are both passing at this time. There is a .007" leak at he capless filler neck but it is not large enough at this time to set a code. Recommend waiting to see if the code returns.

Drain transmission fluid and inspect for foreign material. Refill with fresh fluid and road test vehicle for proper operation.
Remove and replace the engine and cabin air filters.
Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Battery failed the load test. Needs the battery replaced. Alternator was actually over charging. Maxing out at 15.2 Volts. Adaptive charging system needs to be reset when a new battery is installed. Doubtful that AAA did that when the battery was installed last time.
Install new battery, Clean battery cable ends. Clean any corrosion from battery hold down.

Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. A/C compressor is leaking from behind the clutch. Freon is not low at this time and A/C is working fine.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
Does have a slight pulsation from the brakes. Brakes have lots of material left. Vibration problems seem to be mostly tire related though. Tires are worn. Particularly on the edges. Either from chronic under inflation or too wide of wheels for the tire size. Recommend getting new tires first.
