    • Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. The only leak we could find is coming from the service port valves.
    • Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Topped off with R-134A Freon if needed, checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Add Freon dye and oil.
    • Removed and replaced both service port valve cores and caps.

    • Check engine light is on and feels like it has an ignition misfire.
    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Codes #P0303 Misfire cylinder #3 P0835 Clutch pedal position switch ckt. High. Found th spark plugs very worn. and the #3 spark plug and spark plug wire boot carbon tracked. Needs spark plugs and wires replaced.
    • rEMOVED AND REPLACED THE SPARK PUGS AND WIRES.

Front tires are wearing on the inside edges. Recommend a front end alignment.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
    • Tire rotation not needed at this time.

    • Code B0104, Right front impact sensor fault. Swapped left and right airbag sensors to confirm bad sensor. Bad sensor is now on the left.
    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #p0446 Evaporative charcoal canister vent malfunction. Trace to a bad vent solenoid. Needs canister vent solenoid replaced.
    • Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (8mm) Rear shoes (3.7mm). Right rear axle seal is leaking grease onto the brake shoes. Recommend replacing both of the rear axle seals with repair bearings and replacing brakes along with new drums. (Deeply grooved).
    • Removed and replaced the canister vent solenoid.

    • Charge battery. Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Battery was stone dead. Charged battery. Starting and charging systems check fine at this time.
    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. All monitors have run and passed. No codes stored. Did find an oxygen sensor port plug missing from one of the catalytic converters. Perhaps it had an oxygen sensor code stored previousely.
    • Road test vehicle. Check wiper and washer operation check all exterior lights and the horn. Check cabin filter. Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (11mm) Rear (10mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 11/32 Rear 10/32.

    • Road test vehicle. Check wiper and washer operation check all exterior lights and the horn. Check cabin filter. Check transmission fluid, differential fluids, transfer case fluid & operation, Check tune-up parts, cooling system for leaks, belt & hoses. Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (0mm) Rear (3.2mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 7/32 Rear 6/32. Will need front rotors and calipers. Right wiper inop. Brake fluid is black. Power steering fluid is low and dark. Recommend cooling system service. Transmission fluid is marginal. Needs wire repaired behind right front bumper. Tie rod and sway bar end links rotted. Windows don't roll down. Belts are worn. Rear shocks are worn. Blend air door or mode door is making noise.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
    • Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Change coolant in engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees, pH to between 9.5 to 10.5. Check thermostat and cooling fan operation.
    • Drain power steering reservoir, flush and change all fluid in power steering system.
    • R&R transmission pan to replace filter and gasket. Fill with fresh transmission fluid. Inspect for leaks. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace front brake pads, calipers and machine front rotors. Lubricate new brake caliper slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Replace Serpentine Belt, check belt tensioner.
    • RIGHT WIPER NOT WORKING

    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P0324 Knock sensor circuit. System is working fine at this time. No oil on the dip stick. Needs to start with oil change.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
