    • Check alternator output, check starter draw, load test battery, check for drains and check battery terminals. Battery failed the load test. With 220 amp load on the battery voltage dropped to 9 volts.
    • Install new battery, Clean battery cable ends. Clean any corrosion from battery hold down.
    • Spark plugs are fine at this time

    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
    • Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (6mm) Rear (5mm). Pulsation from both the front and the rear brakes. Would have to do brakes all the way around to eliminate it.
    • Front struts are noisy. Needs new front strut complete assemblies. Rear shocks are leaking and soft. Noise from the steering intermediate shaft. Needs the intermediate steering shafts replaced. Noise from the steering rack. Internal bushings are worn. May need the steering rack replaced.
    • Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
    • Clean battery terminals. Check/fill water in battery. Clean any corrosion from battery and hold down.

    • Needs further diagnosis. Everything is pointing to the sunroof motor. Labor to get to it for diagnosis would be more than three hours. Need to be able to open the sunroof to continue.
    • Door drains are clear. the sloshing noises all seem to come from the overhead.

    • Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Found the system out of Freon. Need to evacuate the system, add dye and recharge the system and re check for leaks. Halogen leak detector not picking up any leaks. will have to see if the dye will show the location if/when it leaks out again.
    • Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Topped off with R-134A Freon if needed, checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Add Freon dye and oil.
    • ADD DYE TO THE SYSTEM.
