- Check PCM with scan tool. Code #P0420 catalyst efficiency bellow threshold. May need the catalytic converter replaced. Checked the exhaust back pressure, 2.0 psi is a little high but not to high. Trace chugging/surging to dirty throttle bore. Cleaned dirty throttle bore.
