Check the starting and charging system, check steering and suspension systems. Inspect tires. Check brakes; Front brakes (8mm) Rear (4mm). Tire Tread Remaining Front 5/32 Rear 8/32. Positive battery terminal is corroded. Needs a battery service.
    • Rotated the tires.
    • Clean battery terminals. Check/fill water in battery. Clean any corrosion from battery and hold down.

    • Remove and reinstalled four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Inspect brake lines and hoses. Adjust brakes where applicable. Lining remaining is: Front (mm) Rear (mm).
    • Replace rear brake pads, machine rotors, Clean and lubricate caliper guide pins. Check caliper piston movement. Bleed air from system. road test vehicle.
    • Added a little W/S Washer fluid.

    • Check PCM with Scan Tool. Code #P1421 cold start control. Trace to sludge up throttle bore. Clean throttle bore and perform idle relearn procedure.
    • Remove and replaced the cabin air filter. Clean any debris from the heater box.
    • Remove and replaced the drivers wiper blade with customer supplied part.
    • Critter had chewed through the windshield washer hose. Repaired the hose.
