Services Performed
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic inspection. Road test vehicle. Reset Maintenance Light if Applicable.
- Check PCM with Scan Tool. Codes #P0441 Evaporative system incorrect purge. P0455 Evap. system very large leak. Trace to the vent valve stuck open. Vent valve is part of the charcoal canister assembly. Needs the canister replaced.
- Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. System is low on Freon. Needs the service port valve cores replaced.
- Check system operation, pressures, and vent temperature. Topped off with R-134A Freon if needed, checked for leaks w/halogen leak detector. Add Freon dye and oil.
- Removed and replaced the charcoal canister.
